Silence Retreat in Orval

During 3 days we dive into the silence. We stay in the beautiful abbey of Orval. These silent days away from social media and society. We learn the principles of life, learn transformational tools and techniques to walk through life with clarity.
The benefit of this retreat is more awareness of the essence of your self and the essence of life. You will learn that silence may be the inspiration and action for your dreams.
